Online Coaching Service
Our Online Coaching Service is a 100% remote service that allows us to work with you on your fitness goal no matter where you are based or how busy your schedule is. Whether you are trying to lose weight, gain strength & muscle, or improve general fitness, this service will provide you with the tools to help get you there without the commitment & cost of In-Person Coaching.
After gathering some information on you, your fitness goals and exercise history, we will begin by scheduling you some workouts through an app called True Coach (included in the package). Here you will receive exercise instructions and video demonstrations. You will provide feedback to us on how each exercise went and have the ability to upload videos of yourself performing the exercise for technique feedback.
Workouts will differ between clients based on individual goals and what equipment you have available. This could range from strength based workouts, to daily step goals or even types of exercise activities you enjoy outside of the gym e.g. swimming, walking, running. Workouts are updated weekly and are prescribed based on your performance/metrics from the previous weeks leading up. It is strongly recommended you have a gym membership or a home gym for this service.
For the nutrition side of things we ask clients to take photos of their food & drink and add them to a Messenger conversation. From here we will provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to ensure your nutrition is on track to suit your personal goal. Typically we need to get clients to increase their protein intake, reduce processed foods and adjust overall calorie intake to match their personal goal.
As well as ongoing communication online, we will schedule a Weekly Check-In each week to have a discussion together on how the week is going and what improvements/changes can be made. We will arrange this at an appropriate time for you and can use Zoom, Facetime or a phone call.
We understand this service is a big commitment and so offer a free 28-day trial for you to give the service a go and see if it's a good match for you before going ahead.
